Kedarnathjiyatra.com Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel your Kedarnath pilgrimage booked through Kedarnathjiyatra.com. This policy outlines the cancellation terms for all our services, including tour packages, travel arrangements, and helicopter bookings.

Please note:

• These terms are subject to change. We recommend reviewing them thoroughly before booking.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to booking@kedarnathjiyatra.com. Phone or WhatsApp cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Fees:

The cancellation fee depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to your pilgrimage start date.

• 90 days or less: No refund.
• 91 days to 365 days: 50% of the total package cost (if full payment is received). A minimum cancellation charge of 50% applies for partial payments (deposits).

Helicopter Tickets:

• Helicopter tickets are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation time.

Weather Cancellations:

• If your travel is affected by weather and your helicopter ticket is stamped, you might be eligible for a full refund in the form of a credit note valid for 365 days.

Force Majeure:

• In case of unforeseen circumstances like pandemics, curfews, wars, natural disasters, etc., your tour might be canceled. The remaining tour cost (after deducting a 25% administrative charge) can be adjusted for a similar booking the following year.

Itinerary Changes:

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
