Exchange and Returns Policy

  1. No Exchange of Booked package with someone else is allowed. On genuine situation it can be accepted subject to availability of helicopter Tickets & Registration pass for new person.
  2. Refund can be based as per cancellation  policy. please check the details through this link
  3. Due to force majeure situation ( Like War, Natural calamity, Curfew, Landslide, Covid19 etc ) if tour is not conducted or cancelled then amount will only be adjusted not refunded subject to approval. If adjustment is approved then credit note will be issued which will be valid till 1 year only.
